This is what we have so far, in the order that seems to make the most sense. By it's very nature it is incomplete and probably always will be, but we hope that you do find useful information in it. Each page that we think of as part of the tutorial will have a Next and Previous button at the bottom to help you navagate through the pages. Remember, at any time you may ask a question simply by clicking on the "Ask a Question" menu item on the left side of every page.

Case Study: The Lear Corporation in Southfield, Michigan
The term Case Study is a bit of an overstatement here. These are outside observations of what appears to be a company that skipped "The PFEP Process" described on the previous page. I have never worked for the Lear Corporation and have a great deal of respect for them. I do not have any inside information to confirm or refute these observations, but contacting them to investigate my theories is on my "to-do" list.
