Sorry, there's no such thing as a Free PFEP system.
There really can't be. Even if I posted every PFEP system that I have built for you to download for free, you will still need to take the time to learn it and then figure out how you are going to make it work with your reality. For some help in developing your own PFEP system, follow the ever expanding chain of Tutorial pages. They are linked together by Next and Previous buttons on the bottom of each page.
My Goal Is...
Please keep in mind that our goal is to sell you a customized PFEP system that will really work well for your company. This isn't a charity or a hobby for us. With that said, we have been adding more and more information to this site that you can use in building your own PFEP system without us. We know that most visitors to this site are not going to hire us and that's okay. We do wish you the best and hope that some of what you read here is helpful. Long-term, in the highly unlikely event that we write up enough of the concepts and issues that go into a PFEP system here, we'd like to publish it all in book form. Short-term, this extra information is being presented to help you realize how much goes into a good PFEP system and how it relates to Lean Manufacturing and a Kanban system. We believe that the more that you see, the more likely it is that we will generate some business for ourselves. If you have questions, please feel encouraged to ask them. For now, the rest of this site consists of pages that we have written up on various PFEP-related topics as time and energy has permitted. There's not enough here yet to justify a good outline and pages that fill in the gaps, but maybe over the next few years all of that will come. We hope that what you find here will be helpful, but remember - a good PFEP system is both easier to use and harder to design than anything that can be shown in 100 pages or less. We would be more than happy to arrange for a live demonstration of one or two of our reference systems to help you appreciate this.
